Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your rug is carefully inspected and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak periods or for items requiring special preparation, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Receiving Your Rug
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any visible damage before signing. If you notice damage to the packaging, please note it with the carrier and contact us immediately.
Once unrolled, your rug may need a day or two to flatten completely. This is normal for shipped rugs and any creases will settle naturally.
